Impressions of La Paz

La Paz Bolivia Panorama View

La Paz has its own kind of beauty as it’s not really a beautiful city in the conventional way. But do take a few days to wander around and discover all the quirky streets, have coffee in a cosy coffee shop, explore the lively markets and enjoy the amazing panoramic views of the mountains surrounding the city. To read more of things to do in La Paz, read this post. And to read more about Bolivia, click here.

Hmm, I think these ones were all taken by my sony rx 100. I usually carry this one around with me all the time as it is nice and small. For bigger cameras I need to have a different bag and they get heavy haha. Also in La Paz you have to watch out for your stuff so better not to bring a super expensive camera with you. X

It’s not the kind of city that tourists will flock to but it’s worth the visit if you ask me. You can easily immerse yourself in their culture here!

I love old cities, busy ones as well. This isn’t your usual tourist attraction, I completely understand that, but once you’re here, you’re definitely going to appreciate what they have to offer.

It reminds of cities like Naples and Porto which aren’t pretty in the traditional way. But have a gritty, real life beauty about them.

These are really nice shots. Authentic. It reminds us of Google Nightwalk where you can explore the nooks and crannies of Marseille.
